Google Workspaces Price Increase!

Like everything else that is going on in the USA, Google Workspaces is increasing their prices in the next billing cycle. The price will increase 20% in the next billing cycle starting in February 2026 (at least for me).

From my experience as a paid user, in the last seven years, Google Workspaces has undergone two price increases ~30% and now 20%, albeit with significant features and upgrades to the services throughout the years. Whether or not you use them is really up to you. Always keep in mind that the free version is feature rich but just not at the same level as the paid versions of Google Workspaces.

Depending on what your goals are and what features you are planning to use will depend on which tier makes sense for you. For example, I pay for the Business Standard version ($14 -> $16.80) that includes email marketing and, more recently added, limited Gemini AI credit usage per month, along with other standard features that come with the paid plans.

Despite the significant price increase, there has also been a significant number of features and upgrades included throughout the years. This is in contrast to PRODUCTS/SERVICES that HAVE NOT IMPROVED despite price increases-like most people, you are well aware of this problem. This is not glazing Google in any way considering that I've been using and paying for this service for so many years and have seen the constant updates.
